Abstract

As part of the Girls’ Labs project, motivational programs for secondary school girls will be organised. The project aims to inspire girls to consider careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and to break down gender stereotypes associated with this field. Gender-sensitive programs will introduce STEM fields to girls through hands-on activities using educational infrared cameras and connecting them with inspiring female role models from the NTC Research Center and Bosch.
