Abstract
The aim of the project is to develop an innovative solution for automated control of the laser cleaning process through industrial research and experimental development. The project focuses on integrating advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, machine learning (ML), sensor methods, laser technologies, and automated control to develop the first specialized AI platform (agent-based system) of its kind, enabling intelligent real-time adaptation of the process.
The primary benefit of project is the automation of the laser cl aning process, allowing dynamic optimization of parameters ased on the type of cleaned material, contamination level, and real-time process conditions. The developed agent-based system will continuously monitor cleaning quality using advanced sensor technology and adjust laser system settings through feedback mechanisms, ensuring optimal results even in complex operational environments.
The project addresses the current need for industrial automation and digitalization, as manual cleaning methods often require highly skilled operators and are both time- and cost-intensive. The research and development efforts will result in a fully automated and intelligent system that significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of laser cleaning.
